​Rakesh Malpani
Rakesh Malpani is a senior technologist (Lead Developer / Architect) working in the financial markets and technology sector. Rakesh was an architect and lead developer at UBS (Investment Bank and Wealth Management), NYSE prior to Doran Jones. While at UBS, he received his Masters in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He has strong track record of delivering applications involving high performance, large volume and high throughput.

​Liana Gevorgyan
Liana is a senior expert in IT Delivery and QE with experience in program and project management working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Doran Jones, Liana had 15 years of experience in building and leading large teams, onshore/off-shore resource management, process transformations, conflict resolution and consulting companies such as Deutsche Bank, Weightwatchers, Starwood and also startups. Over 3 years, Liana was part of star team of Integrien that was acquired and successfully growing as a part of VMware. Liana holds Masters degree in Computer Science from State Engineering University of Armenia.

​Stephen Parker
Stephen offers 20 years of experience designing and delivering large scale business solutions in Financial Services. As a global delivery manager at Goldman Sachs he built teams and built front to back solutions in Fixed Income and Exchange Traded Derivatives. At HSBC Stephen built and led global and regional teams and projects in Equities and Cleared Derivatives. Stephen is currently focused on Credit Risk with Bank of America.

Michael Buehl
Michael has over 25 years of software engineering experience with advanced skills in architecture, technical design, tools and library development. He has record of accomplishment in delivering challenging high-impact projects and building trusted relationships with high-level clients in financial markets, science and technology. Among others, prior to Doran Jones, Michael has been working as technology leader for clients such as FxAlliance, Nomura Securities or JPM Chase. Michael holds Master Degree in Electrical Engineering /Analog and Digital Automation Devices/ from Lodz Institute of Technology.  ​

​Steve Levy
Steve is a Senior capital markets IT business and data analyst with broad industry and regulatory compliance experience. Working primarily at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, developed expertise in trading, settlement and referential data quality.

​Steve Latz
Steve has 34 years’ experience in financial services technology, helping deliver large-scale, business critical, high performance systems. His current practice specializes in delivering effective full-lifecycle software quality regimes for large organizations in support of complex, large-scale distributed applications. His quality practice encompasses governance, organizational culture, software architecture, information modeling, data quality, business analysis, requirements specification/traceability, change management, defect tracking/analysis, test management and release management.
 
Steve has architected and implemented effective test automation for securities trading and enterprise search applications using of model-based verification and combinatorial (Monte Carlo) approaches to enable automated test case generation and verification. Steve has deep experience specifying and testing business continuity requirements, including failover/failback, restart/recovery and transactional integrity in the face of partial failure and has a strong track record in load testing and capacity planning for high-volume systems, including Bloomberg’s current HELP and NEWS applications.
